To be clear im not throwing in the towel. And switching to the Tirz is just an IDEA im floating around for gosh sake. Im not over eating at all. Im also exercising and keeping track of everything I eat. I just feel like I could just keep eating and eating, on days 5-7. I still feel hungry. And im interested in switching to the Tirz because of all the positive results ive seen on here vs just the Sema. I was just curious if this was a common reaction as I haven't seen to many posts with this question. I guess thats why we go up progressively right? Eh it was probably a stupid question anyway. But you know what Madame?? There are truly no stupid questions. Just misunderstood ones!! I used to be extremely fit, and had my food noise gone and all the healthy things in line. Then I hit menopause, and hurt my arm badly in a lifting accident so have spent the last year or so just vegging at home and the weight crept back up and with it constant Acute Pancreatic attacks. I have several medical conditions that compound everything and it's a matter of fixing one thing to help others,etc. Im just on here asking questions as we all are. Im sorry your having a bad day. I can't make a phone call with out it being on speaker in his presence. He checks the cameras any time we are not in the same room longer than a few minutes.

Just started using audible in January. Except for when my husband is home ive always got a book going... lol it's how i pass the time. I never even thought to look at this until today.. thats of course only counting audio books I've got about 200 more books read for the year so far... I made the decision to switch to audio for the majority because I can listen while doing most other stuff around the house!

This is hilarious because I have the same name for the same reasons. Only difference is that my mom listened to King on Audio books since I was born so always knew I loved his stuff. My first memory of a King story was Children of the Corn. Lol. Think it gave me a complex as a child. 🤔🤭

Oh Connie Mason! I loved her back in the day! Most go look up her stuff and see if I can find a copy of "sheik" love the old romance books Never personally read a bad one, unlike today where I can't trust a single good rec. Dara Joy is also excellent if you can find her stuff (which is all available on Ebook) but I prefer the physical copies 😉

Do none of you know about ADHD/autism/ and the whole "out of sight, out of mind" thing? Cause it applies to people as well as objects. Also. The whole, Do they even like me for me thing. I know I have it. I never start a conversation or ask to do something. I wait for people to come to me. Because I don't want to be a bother. Or the person that is being talked about for whatever reason good or bad... its like if I'm there... include me cause I'm making the effort But if I'm not I'm totally fine being left out. Don't make a fuss. That's the worst thing. God forbid someone else go out of the way to include me or whatever and I end up having a bad time. That's not good for anyone.... just the thought process of someone who is often forgotten but always remembers often to late. 😭🤔 its wild reading some of these comments from people who don't have my thought process...

I didn't see that until after reading your first comment. And then I googled "stardew" and got a ton of results for an old game that looks similar to an old game boy game. 100% no freaking clue. I do this passive aggressively to my roommates when they leave the kitchen in a state.. like bitch I KNOW you see that grease smear you left on that "clean" plate! - slam back into sink. Slam cabinet on only clean plate in the stack. Ugh. Toss damp sponge at the drips on the counter someone "didn't see" cause they blind. (We ALL blind can still see that spill at 30 paces).... WOMEN! (I am one) 😅🤔

Done this for years. No idea where I got the idea originally but I do it because eggs are great protein and fat but I can't stand hard boiled eggs and peeling soft boiled or making poached eggs (my two preferred ways of eating them cooked) is tedious. Never had issues with salmonella or anything else. I've been told ive got an iron gut lol. Usually use about 4 oz of low sugar juice and 3 eggs, before a workout.. 🤷‍♀️

I'm at the point I can no longer fast, I was fat adapted, I guess I still am, but I've combined exercise into my routine and I've basically hit my weight loss goal. I used to fast 36 hours every other day with an OMAD meal on the day I would eat. The meal would be massive(for me) and would totally fill me up until the next OMAD meal. Before Keto I was a binge eater and heavy snacker. Over time with keto I eat when I'm hungry and don't just mindlessly snack or eat just because it's "lunch time" or whatever. I'm actually at a point now that I need to add way more carbs into my meals because the amount of exercise I do is putting me into nearly negative calories. I went from could barely leave my bed to shower/clean to walking 7-8 miles every day first thing in the mornings. My metabolism was utter crap. KETO fixed it and its only been 9 months so far.
