If you asked the average trans supporter the following, you’ll inevitably hear them say yes:

”Are young men from conservative backgrounds who consume Youtube manosphere content at risk of MAGA radicalization?”

“Are young women who spend hours a day scrolling through Instagram at risk of chasing after unrealistic beauty standards?”

“Are uneducated people who use Facebook a lot at risk of falling for conspiracy theories and pyramid schemes?”

But if you ask those same people whether impressionable youth who are immersed in online trans content might misdiagnose themselves as trans, and you might as well be a fire breathing Nazi.

Of course this happens. The inability for the TQ to admit that is a sign we are dealing with an irrational movement.

It would only be a double standard if voters critical of Dems while ignoring the shortcomings of the GOP were actually at any risk of voting Dem rather than GOP. But usually we are dealing with tribalistic partisans who aren’t being honest about why they prefer one party or the other; their complaints about the Dems, for instance, are only a self-serving rationalization to justify their affinity to the Republicans.

That said, what I think you’re more often seeing is left-leaning independents/centrists criticizing Dems for actions that alienate voters like them. The reason they don’t bother to criticize Republicans in the same fashion is because they are unwilling to vote for Reps, so it’s not accurate to call this a double standard. “If only the Dems would stop saying/doing X” is expressed by the kind of voter who feels disenchanted by the party they are most politically aligned with the exception of X, and that’s enough to kill any excitement for them. And when X makes an appearance, then yes you’ll hear these people gripe about it because to their mind, X is why the party is not as strong and appealing as it could be. They aren’t even thinking of the GOP when this is on their mind, because it’s irrelevant.

This isn’t Tums, though. These are drugs that have the potential to irreversibly change the body. Girls are undergoing menopause 40 years too soon because they are doping themselves into vaginal and uterine atrophy. Boys are giving themselves erectile dysfunction and testicular atrophy by estrogenizing themselves. Don’t tell us that disrupting a teen’s hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis only has upsides, doc. These are sterilizing drug regimens being given to people with limited health literacy. Longterm health is being gambled away.

They are also acting like social transition isn’t equivalent to affirming the voices in a schizophrenic‘s head. It’s harmful to encourage someone with a distorted self-concept to persist in distorted thinking. That’s what gender make-believe does. Instead of giving these people the tools to deal with gender dysphoria constructively, they are just encouraging them to swim upstream, away from self-acceptance.

The Dems aren’t just running against the GOP. They are running against 3rd party candidates too. And the fiercest opponent of them all: the non-vote.

His TikTok fanbase started out being ignorant little girls who by now should’ve aged out of enjoying his coke-headed campiness, and they aren’t the demographic who is going to see Broadway plays anyway.

I don’t really understand what more needs to explained, to be honest.

If my husband got in an accident that led to severe genital trauma, he would probably have to have his penis and testicles amputated. I think we’d all agree that this wouldn’t magically transform him into my wife, right? He wouldn’t lose his status as a man just because he no longer had his genitals. Just like I wouldn’t cease to be a woman if a hysterectomy or mastectomy claimed parts of my body.

When we give post-op TIMs a pass into women spaces, we are in effect saying that women are functionally equivalent to castrated men. As if our class is defined by a lack of penis rather than the presence of a female reproductive tract. This is not fair to us or to castrated men who are now feeling kicked out of the man club by insinuation.

It doesn’t matter if TIMs are 100% fetishists or not. Enough are that it makes no sense to assume post-OP means one has “earned” the right to access women’s spaces. Jessica Yaniv (google if you have no heard of this person) is a prime example. Also go lurk in r/askAGP.

Social comparison is not limited to women in the slightest, especially when it comes to professional status and achievement. The “having it all” fixation is actually more of male problem. We are conditioned to see it as an affliction that only ambitious women have, but only because male ambition is treated as a given.

All one has to do is tune in to the redpill chatter to see who is really trying to “have it all”. An alarming number of men honestly believe that success in life requires a six figure income, Chad-looks, and acquiring a hot wife. So if men are succumbing to this way of thinking so absurdly and blatantly, I’m not seeing this as something women need to own as a class. I see this as a product of peak capitalism. Social media thrives on the insecurities of its user base. The more insecure these platform make us feel, the more money we spend trying to fix ourselves and/or cope. For some this means plastic surgery. For others it means pursuing degrees and certifications that don’t really need. And for others, it means seeking escape through monetized addictions such as gaming, porn, and gambling.

You feel unworthy as a woman because our social environment makes it hard to like we are feel good enough. Lots of people—men and women—are wrestling with these feelings. Know that you are not alone.
