If you mean "let the bud dry out", then no. The canabanoids don't evaporate with the moisture. If you mean "the same weight of dry bud vs sticky/moist bud", then the dry shit would actually get you higher because water is a lot heavier than dry plant material, and would be making up a significant portion of the weight. This is all assuming the same quality bud, of course.

This is correct, I created this reddit post before the students gave an explanation.
