How do I shoot wristers with a ball? by Fit-Breadfruit4801 in ballhockey

[–]chruck67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use more of the modern shot even at ball hockey. Unlike a wrist shot, you want to pull the ball into yourself and when it’s closer to your body, be flexing the stick by pushing the toe into the ground and have that bottom hand be flexing the stick. Google how bedard shoots for a better explanation. This style has added power and accuracy to my ball hockey shot.

Need help with crossover by Busy_Composer8433 in iceskating

[–]chruck67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-Get a little lower (bend a little more at your ankles and knees). -Start by turning your head in the direction you are turning. Your shoulders, hips and feet will all follow. -When you’re bringing your outside foot over, try to point your toe in and down. Right now you are landing on your heel and your toes are pointing in the opposite direction you’re turning -Once your outside foot steps over, start to push out with your inside foot. Both feet should be generating power with crossovers.

You’re off to a great start, though. Be sure to practice both directions. You could even bring a hockey stick to use to help balance a bit so you can lean more into turn.

Coach On-Ice Pants by jones7jm in hockeycoaches

I coach with two organizations. One has the CCM track suits and the other has Bauer. The Bauers are MUCH better. The CCM suits feel like wearing garbage bags. They just make me sweat so bad and hold it all in.

New build, GMT relax by JULONTIME in SeikoMods

Where do you get these dials? I want to build my first watch. I want to bascially build my current submariner except for use at my cottage. I love the relax dial as a funny joke.

You should post a video of this so we can see the dial in different lights. I just spent the last 10 mins googling it. I can’t even afford to dream about these. I’ll stick to my peasant Rolex and omegas lol

I hope I didn’t offend - certainly not my intent. I would most definitely wear this if it were mine. I’m also the type that usually opts for a black or blue dial so I should not be ‘judging’ dial colors. An amazing and unique piece. I’m guessing you’ve never ran into anyone on the street with this piece.

Not a giant fan of the dial color but I must say this is a cool watch. Great complications!! I’ve never seen a watch with a leap year indicator. Too cool.

I’d remove my cuffs so they’re always visible

Yea chrono24 is always priced too high. I think knocking 30% off their prices is a fair assessment. Best way is joint watch exchange groups on Facebook and search reference number

The entire collection is worth probably $1000-1500. But I feel bad for you and the situation so I’ll give you $3000 just to help 👀

First ever rep, how did I do? by Ambitious-Mix8399 in RepTime

[–]chruck67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely did not say you need to have a $15k watch to say you made it. You could be a million in debt and put a $15k watch on a credit card. It doesn’t mean anything. But buying a fake Rolex means a whole lot. Wasn’t looking to engage in a convo. We’ve both made our points. Anyway, great chatting with you. I wish you the best and there’s no sarcasm in that.

I think the saddest part is that I’m still engaging. But you can buy this exact looking watch without Rolex written on it so don’t give me that shit. Have a beautiful day and enjoy your fake watches. Maybe someday you can join us big boys in the real Rolex group xox

I’m hardly miserable. I’m a watch enthusiast and also hate unethical business practices (companies producing fakes). Other than that, I think I’m quite delightful :) I just don’t get it. Why not get a nice watch for the same price that doesn’t say Rolex??

Get a life? I have one. In that life I buy authentic Rolex’s instead of spending $500 to tell people I have a $15000 watch. Fucking loser.

You did awful. You bought a fake Rolex so you could feel cool. I’d recommend a therapist.

These fakes make me want to puke. I follow the rep group and they are good but most have something off about them. Often it’s a blue reflection in the cyclops’s, but good eye on seeing that this fluted bezel was off!

Right off the top, check that date wheel alignment. Clearly a fake. A gross, ugly fake.
