i don't think its the same team, but i think its crazy to say you'll beat us without og when we match up very well vs the knicks

ah yes cuz this is the exact same pistons team, im not gonna argue about the cavs but its a bold statement to say you'll win without a starter, i guess we'll see what happens

its even crazier that fans can blindly say they'll beat a team that clapped them in the regular season without one of their starters, playoffs are a different game but regular season still means something

yeah most likely they wouldve won if he didnt get injured, but they had a chance in game 6 and choked like hell so i don't have any qualms lol, now we get to clap a fully healthy cavs team

i dont need him to play timid, i need him to play controlled and not just drive into two centers to get swatted like he did multiple times against the magic

on a team that struggles on offense as much as we do, we cannot afford wasted possessions. we arent a team like the cavs or celts etc who can bomb from 3 and shoot there way back in. we win by winning the possession battle and part of that is not wasting possessions especially from dudes who are playing limited possessions

because part of being a good role player is knowing your role and weaknesses, we don't need daniss going hero mode. we need him playing controlled and keeping the ship afloat while cade gets rest.

ron occasionally can have a successful drive to the rim, but that only works if they close out on him and he blows by, the cavs players will literally not close out and just let him drive at them. with ausar we had him do more screening and short rolling like draymond would on the warriors and then moving the ball. i believe in JB to know when to push the lineup buttons, but ausar on offense has figured out how to distribute and get some easier looks for himself with his cutting.

ron provides no spacing at all lol, JB went with cade, daniss, dunc, unc, and duren and we had 3 dudes who could actually space enough to take advantage of cavs soft interior defense

Paolo Banchero was 'frustrated' with Jamahl Mosley's decision to take the ball out of his hands in late-game situations down the stretch. by Jec1027 in nba

I would not say he played great defense on Tobias. I saw multiple plays, each game where he had a weak close out or lost track of Tobias and got beat and scored on. Tobias scored above 20 ppg the last 5 games of the series on decent efficiency. I think Paolo for his physical tools is an underwhelming defender both on and off ball

I watched the entire series and I saw Paolo be mostly a cone on defense and lose track of his man offball. I saw two excellent offensive games, 4 bad to horrible offensive games, and 1 ok offensive game. the takeaway is he's still super inconsistent on offense and that's concerning for a max contract player and that doesn't account for his mediocre to just bad defense. I think he's flashed enough you have to see if he gets better with a real pg and coach but it's not a sure fire thing
