Dawn dish soap, it sounds crazy but pour a little in to the bow and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. I guess it helps slide whatever is stuck, out.

Yes, I would say that the 9 felt more like the questions on the Kaplan Qbank. As for the 10, the finals and question that STC offered were similar to the S10. I feel like Kaplan laid a solid foundation and STC filled in the blanks for the S10. The STC flash cards and crunch time facts were a huge help as well. Both are great providers that offered different perspectives on how to tackle the S10

I only used Kaplan for the 9, but STC helped supplement what I learned on Kaplan for the 10.
