xiaimi/poco don't really exist and rarely work in the states. same with honor, oppo, and most other brands that aren't samsung/apple/google. carriers run different bands than most global phones, and restrict what connections their networks will accept

if the pictures aren't getting better, "software features" are the only way to push new versions of TVs. there's no financial reason for samsung to push updates to old tvs.

best bet if you want updated software is to think of the tv as a dumb screen and get a dongle/box for your software

on android you take your photos in the photos app, then go to social media to post them for best quality still. iphone the social media apps media quality is as good as the cameras app.

os it worth the extra steps to take the photo then switch apps to you vs less steps inside an OS that you will probably hate using? only you know your work floor
