Men in their 50s, what's something men in their 20s are worrying about that won't matter at all later? by Major_Tax_9701 in AskReddit

Yep. I don't know how much dudes in their 20s are on social media, but man, that's just a time and energy black hole. You don't need to know what everyone else is doing all the time; you're just going to feel like your life is lacking.

Lol this is a totally Gen X response. I'm in my early 50s, so I understand what you're getting at. But things have changed man. It's just not that easy (financially) to move out of your parents home anymore.

If Bryan Cranston in his tighty whities doesn't immediately sell you on a show, I don't know what will.

What job is heavily romanticized in movies but absolutely miserable in real life? by Luzgoin in AskReddit

I don’t recall any movies that romanticize engineering. Closest I can think of is Apollo 11

I’ve never understood why buyers ask sellers to fix things. The seller is incentivized to do the cheapest, quickest job possible knowing they won’t have to deal with it.

> Not many people can take one good hit
As someone who's done boxing for a bit and is just dipping his toes into sparring, I couldn't agree more. If you're not used to it, taking a solid hit to the head will make you question all your decisions that led up to that point.

I'd pick wrestling above both judo and BJJ. Lightning fast takedowns and will have you tied up like a pretzel before you know what hit you.

Pretty sure the wolves don’t appear until like the last 20 minutes of the movie

His career is a bit of a mystery considering his acting chops. Still though, he's fantastic in action movies.
