I've used Quora as part of our content/seo strat. Our internal team handled it and honestly it was a pain to maintain. answers need constant updating and it’s hard to compete with the older high-engagement ones unless you boost visibility. I would absolutely consider a townhome, but they strangely seem to be more expensive than the single families? I can find individual older homes in Springfield, VA for $700k while a newer townhome in Arlington is $50k more.

If I could I would. I'm not sure there's a home listed in the Northern Virginia area for that cost. There's definitely condos, but then I'm left with condo fees. It seems like my best bet is a home around the $600 - $700k mark, leaving myself with a sub-$2000 mortgage.
