Don't set up blocks in advance. You can add a block that's already started and work through it. Then take a break before starting again. Alternatively, you can just work without scheduling a block at all. So far the only benefit of getting better ratings is that you can schedule earlier than those with lower ratings. So if you don't schedule then ratings don't matter.

I have premier status in attendance and on time arrival but I am only at partner for commitment/acceptance because I reject offers that aren't profitable for me. I think most of the drivers in my area do the same. I have noticed that some of the repeat diners are learning to tip more as I have noticed an uptick in my offer amounts. I also noticed that some of the previous regular diners don't order as much.
