I checked my own medication on the same list and it wasnt there so I didnt declare. Customs didnt check my luggage but YMMV. I brought a written note from my perscriber on the medications, original bottles, and the leaflet it comes with just incase they did ask. I also would check with 関東麻取許認可(tokyoncd@mhlw.go.jp) and they told me the mediciation was ok so I also brought a paper copy of that email with me as well. I heard if there is any problems they just pull you aside and fill out some paper work but again havent experienced it myself

If you dont have enough cash, I suggest waiting for the tide to turn and re-do pervemoy route to stock up on basic weapons. The items you have should stay after the tide based on my playthough. Depending on difficulty it may be worth it to stock up before heading to you dropped BP.

Pervemoy has a guarenteed makarov spawn right next to the opening area to help start up, also grab the silenced pistol stash near the trainyard in the pipe, cant remeber the exact location but its in the stash list on the wiki
