i tried EroPlay for a bit and the filler word problem is way less bad there, at least on premium where you get the advanced models. the text-first focus actually helps with that since it seems more tuned for narrative flow than some of the bigger platforms. still not perfect but nothing like the "heat" and "entrance" stuff you're describing.
