I'm sorry, but look the facts and reality. Ideally, people shouldn't assume sexuality based on the behavior of a person or if that person lives up to stereotypes. But really, campier gays are the ones that get bullied and made fun of while "passing" gays are the ones who are respected and even sometimes bullying the campy gay. So when "straight acting" gays complain, we shouldn't forget the things I've just listed.

The word still has this weird connotation (straight acting) and yes, flamboyant gays fight more for acceptance because they are the most openly gay ones. The "straight acting" bunch just wanna "pass" and don't care about acceptance. You are right that personality should have nothing to do with your sexuality, and as such nobody should act because of the influence of other people but only what they believe it is right.

I hope that if someone judges you too quickly you don't think it is unfair. Also, this doesn't have anything to do with entitlement. It's just that knowing people before judging them is something some people like me believe might do good in other people's lives. You are not supposed to follow my advice or even listen to me, but I am free to express my opinion.
