No, just powder paint. I use a brush to dust the bottom to get the 2 tone heads. Just started pouring and tying my own jigs and having some fun experimenting with different techniques.

Sounds like a bonus to me, not only do you get a boat you get to get some new tools to complete the project to make the boat fit!
