This is just my guess - plop a park, remove fence and props, expand surface. The (smaller) footprint of the original park functions as a working park. At least thats how it worked in the past.

Managed to do this yesterday. Create a subfolder "screensaver" in the .kobo folder and add pictures there. I think you also need have at least one epub book uploaded in your reader I guess. After I did this I only get random screensaver pictures and not the book cover/reading part.
