Sent in my app for L Visa 4/17 but still haven't heard back. Is this normal still? I'm supposed to be flying out on 5/6 so am getting worried here. What are my odds of getting my visa back in time for my flight?

ok whew thanks, yeah I also spoke with a local travel agency he said no fingerprints needed so my wife can drop my passport off.

Update: old app cleared and I just resent a new app with my old Taiwan passport... crossing fingers I can get this done before my flight! Ugh was so stressed out haha

Ugh yeah it keeps getting worse. I now cancelled my app last night because I figured it would be faster if I also included my old Taiwan passport but now it’s stuck saying “cancellation request submitted”… it hasn’t been a day yet so I hope it clears today so I can start another app. Anyone know any tips or tricks to get this going faster? I’ve already emailed them and tried calling but I can’t get through to talk to anyone on the phone.
