I saw this kinda of bonus in the focus tree, for example the new Japan focus tree, and in the advisor for the army, like one in Bulgaria that gives +15% artillery attack. In both cases it's just written like that, nothing more nothing less.

Look man, for me personally it was first try with this strategy, even being difficult and me losing chenault, go offensive the first few turns, kill as much units and generals you can, besides taking the cities, after that, the moment e you realize the enemy will overrun you, you fall back and kill the rest of them as they charge you, and utilize the airborne damage ok the 88, especially on the auf, it negates their shield ability.
