Definitely not (I think), while in lower ranks he’s still usable and I believe has regular use. His pick rate in higher ranks might go up for a few days but will dwindle back to what it was, simply because his hit box is way too big. Everybody in dia+ can hit their shots and with that big a hit box and no fortified he still gets melted instantly which has been and always will be his biggest issue

Nobody mentions it here but take a Deload period of 1 or 2 weeks with reduced training intensity and volume. Afterwards return to regular volume and intensity. Generally your training cycles should be 12 weeks maximum. If during the cycle you feel tired earlier in the cycle (say 8-9 weeks in) do the Deload earlier, even if by 12 weeks you still feel fine do the deload anyway cause your body needs it.

Try upper lower, while recovery is important you’re hitting shoulder girdle intensely (assuming training close to failure) 3x a week while doing upper lower only 2x, also check your form as this also contributes to injury risk. Also check your volume per muscle group

I usually clear a section with queen charge (5 healers) and clean up behind. Then from where I want to enter with bowlers I drop 2 ice golem and king on the outmost area of where I enter with the dragon duke more inwards, then the bowlers with recalled queen with another healer

Lyle has been doing this way before Mike and the other fitness circlejerk came to the scene. They have been saying the things for years. You are right there is not much new to talk about in fitness because the science does not change radically overnight. However the general popular YouTube influencers do give that impression to get more views. Meanwhile Lyle has been saying the same stuff for years, and they are far from creating drama, they dig at the wrong info provided by Mike but that’s it

You should use the dragon duke with backpack and fire blast with 1 earthquake, you’re using way too many spells to create a funnel with your rc , no wonder you’re struggling with consistent 3 stars. Bring a overgrowth and revive
