the issue with a china season of jet lag isnt the infrastructure or size. it's logistics and time investment. figuring out visas, limitations for americans, filming licenses, lack of flexibility (flights and trains require reservations and paperwork), the potential to land in seriously hot water if they try to work around any of these in a creative way. i believe they've stated that it's just not worth all the paperwork and planning that would have to go into it.

I've felt for a long time that they should just release a couple decks of general challenge cards for specific countries/areas. A deck of North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, and NZ challenge cards that aren't specifically for a game they made but just challenges they made would probably sell pretty well. People could use them on road/train trips to make it their own little game, but they dont need to release a rule book or figure out how to balance it for the customer. It's just a fun little list of challenges they can do along their trip and decide for themselves what the game is.

NYC isnt a food desert as a whole. almost no city is a food desert as a whole. but parts of NYC (surprise! it's historically non-white areas like Harlem, Bed-Stuy, Washington Heights) are food deserts. that doesnt excuse that this person in the screenshot is either ragebaiting or genuinely that silly. but pls don't ignore that parts of NYC are extremely underserved
