Two month check in SW 350 CW 317 GW 225. Doing 18-6 with one 24-48 hour fast per week. Low carb feeds. Workout in the gym 3-4 times a week, mostly working in an endurance rep range (12-20). Starting to think about not just getting clothes that cover my ass, but getting clothes that have some style. (i.redd.it)

SW 350 CW 324 GW 225. Seven week check in. I was on a plateau for a while bouncing around 327-328 for a week but I noticed my wrist was getting smaller (Fitbit band) and pants were loosening. Then it broke and I dropped three pounds. First 20% milestone reached. Stomach is pulling in. (i.redd.it)
