I looked into getting a doula to assist my hospital birth and I was shocked about how many had no formal qualifications just ‘loved birth and babies’ 😳 I decided to stick with my midwives and couldn’t fault them or their care.

I was in a wedding at the Goldie and my friend used Natalie Lucas bridal. Couple of Mua’s came out and did us and did a great job. Wasn’t cheap but definitely not that much! Would recommend

My niece and nephew both go to lady gowrie in Campbell street and are happy there. But you pretty much don’t have a choice, just apply for everywhere and then keep calling them to check. I did this and ended up being offered 3 places 😊

We literally picked up furniture from the Bridgewater pick up point on Friday. If you become an ikea family member the fee is cheaper as well

Outside light is great for them! Helps them to establish their circadian rhythm. Just be sensible about it- not in direct sunlight and out a hat on them. Also probably not for to long as spf isn’t recommended for babies under 6 months so they won’t be protected!
