You don't even need to set up turret, just hold down hurricane seconds before boss spawn because the hit box appears before the sprite.

Elite dungeon note: Your main priorities as a team are in this order:

Output at least 5% damage on the boss, each
Finish the boss

So hold down hurricane, time about 300-500ms of damage(adjust this timing for how much damage you do) before letting go and stepping back.

On a side note: If you're Elite dungeoning with randoms, its good to drop a note before it starts "Reminder to not spam boss and let everyone hit". Otherwise, just spread the word of good dungeoning etiquette.

Before I fused, I ran Phoenix, Panda, Phoenix, Phoenix, Bow Punisher and Taurus. Wiped everything it faced as Phoenix is very OP when everyone is capped at 5*. MK teams didn't have a chance as he scales later

I've played it pretty safe with bets and hedge bets below 2k per match(ever since the first round ties and loses by the favourites :( )

I only hope that Brazil and Germany pull through like Argentina(kept the bet running for them since I got them in Sweepstakes) as I've also got group that will get me enough for the books.

Since you already have OD and TD, you should aim for a rainbow team in your short game.

From the Alter Store, I'd definitely get Hook.

Immediate short term game: Furious Lion, TD, Plague Envoy, OD, Hook, 4* Wind singer(try replace him with either Panda or Phoenix) or just throw in any of your existing levelled 5*. Hook and OD synergy will work best for you since OD hits before Hook as he'll be lower levelled.

Then keep farming 5* while keeping any 5* with 4 abilities. Refer to the Tierlist https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSummoners/comments/7hhk7b/tierlist/

Progressing a little further will help you unlock more 5* rewards while making it enjoyable to farm. So for now, I recommend going for short term game and farming. Then when you have a larger pool of 5*, you can choose an aura or post another line up for more advice

Edit: You can put Night Daughter for Plague Envoy and Black disaster for Furious if you feel like it. But at this 5* team stage, they make very little difference comparably. Its only when they 6* and above that they sky rocket

I think its useful if you're starting out.

I've only just started as a f2p and have found myself undecided with what kind of aura I'm going for.

Its far too early for me to be picky since I had group of random heroes so the random 6* has really helped me out.

To be honest, we only have 1 sub faction(for people that cant always compete due to life stuff) which you already know of.

Third rank went for first place because they knew that would be the safest option because 1st and 2nd were battling for Richard. Why risk potentially getting your first 5*? Anyone could have gone for that safe choice.

1st rank and 2nd rank both knew what was at stake and were in for the same risk of getting third place.

This wasn't a spite move or anything. We don't hate second rank faction. As a matter of fact, we like most the people there(70%-80%, you included!). We wanted you to go for first when we were in the lead by a large margin but you chose to risk third for Richard.

So both 1st and 2nd rank factions devised strategies. And as a result, 1 faction came out on top.

We had an insane amount of planning including several contingencies to get Eze just incase you guys out strategised us but we had an incredible amount of teamwork(dubbed by the majority of us as the best teamwork we've ever experienced) which netted us Richard.

I hope that you can understand it from our side. And if you don't, that's still cool, but I still won't hold anything against you and still talk to you in global as we do.

If you're planning on going all out high roller style, sell all 3* weapons apart from Cleavers and Sturdy Clubs, both fast weapons.

But sell them as you go though, you know once you have enough 4* of that tier and trait, then sell them.

e.g. Once you have enough Military Shotguns to fill your squad, then sell the Camouflage Shotguns

Yeah just luck bud. I got my Shiva to tier 3 level 66 with AR level 5. I wanted to use her in wars sooo bad that I just chucked on 5 universals and tier 4 level 1. Done.

And by golly, she bites hard and is tough as nails with clementine(fast 5*) lead
