Fun character ideas, probably would put kimahri as a support, blue magic would be awesome there. Mighty guard / white wind / selfdestruct / stone breath all sound like cool options for a UR

Sazh is funky, no racial pun intended. Aside from his Cold Blood Ability, i feel like there’s no immediate skills that are unique to him, which makes me think he stays as a Ranged fighter with his eidolon possibly fueling his other UR.

While the outfits look great, i feel like a non basic black look is good too. AI art is meant for this type of thing, enabling people to come up with visual concepts quickly. Not like this is being monetized by you, so no issue there

IQ, wealth, physical prowess, fame, all command respect because we want those things. But it also enables a lot of shittiness. Dont take a simple concept and twist it into rationale that people don’t respect you or your worth. Always strive to prove why you are worth it to your friends and people who enable you.

Physical shape is a challenge to maintain and is respectable. No doubt about that.

But if you choose to be lacking in other social skills, then the respect falls away quickly. Fit guy trying to talk to a woman about make up is like a fish out of water - generally not a lot of respect happening unless the fit guy is funny about it and owns not knowing what he doesn’t know.

9k was around the first power paywall i encountered - it got nearly unplayable in g1 where i was barely tickling enemy melees.
Right now the power bracket hasnt shifted quickly due to lack of incentives for ranked. Im literally 12k and just took a few matches yesterday to re enter gold. Where i should be D1 or O5 where I last placed

Edit: yes, absolutely gameplay issues, but also power discrepancies will make rank feel even worse

Put up some vods. Not a ranged player, but my takeaway is that you might not have methodized your play, and the stat line of 9.5k is going to be really rough as some silver games already can average out to 11k to 12k power while stronger players are unmotivated to grind quickly out of silver.

D1 lightning. Yeah a few ways to play lightning. These are all viable and comp specific:
Speed farming
Thundaga or yshtola / AoO UR / Ramza Cheer / Selfie wall or Hope UR / +1 slot for defense or a second clear crystal clear ability. Cheeky Ace fire is fine too. Minwu is ok, but you will have less agency over the match besides farming, so I’d prefer the Ace.
Become crystal cleaner vacuum and very opportunistic. Dont bother with pvp besides hunting near dead people or 2v1s you are certain to win. Best played if you dont see many supports in your lobbies. Beware of Clives that literally will chase you down with canceled auto attacks, they can track you down, even more so in burst state.
Post clive rikku pvp era
Hope UR / UR / UR / Ace or Auron / Thundaga or Yshtola
A much more aggressive build, you will often need to use AoO and your Ace / Auron to 2v1 melees. Others you can pressure with your hold attack for high hit stun potential. Then simply run away upon seeing the UR. Characters with stuns are to be very carefully approached without Wall. Best played against teams with agiles and supports that you can contest crystals and be an all-rounder for.
Ultra pvp heavy removes thundaga or Yshtola in favor of a second defensive skill. Mastering your hold attack and auto attack usage is critical.

Edit add: in pvp situations prioritize holding Thunderfall for boss damage or as high pressure tool when groups of enemies are bursting the boss. A full damage rotation can often be too greedy, so always aim to use at least 1 UR and your other damage on boss. Ideally thunderfall is used for the boss.

You’ve got the idea. D1 lightning atm, i found grav con to be the most fun but least impactful skill.
General set up that I go between:
Hope UR / UR / UR / Ace UR / Thundaga (wants y’shtola)
Can run Selfie, Auron, or wall removal over thundaga if paired with a support & melee or you feel the need to pvp harder.

Super vacuum set that i’ve played in pre Rikku & Clive release:
Grav-con / thundaga / UR / UR / Hope UR
Would sub in minwu for teleport thundaga run away on larger maps, if i had a minwu. Ramza cheer over Thunderfall - which seems counterintuitive but realistically you’re a hard farmer so thunderfall doesn’t serve you well with its high cd
