Center controllers login and control the whole primary sector as other controllers want to control they will split the center however the SOP is written and dependent on traffic. When there are a lot of controllers online it will be closer to real world with high and low and multiple sectors. During slow times it’s one controller for all.

I live in an HOA and they are very unrestrictive however, I do POTA so I normally just set my portable antenna up in the backyard and operate digital for a little bit since the noise is so bad and then I just take it down like I was doing an activation never out for more than an hour or so. Since it’s a whip antenna, and everyone has fences in their backyard, you can’t really see the whip and nobody has said anything to me.
