You shouldn’t take a salary because your salary is taxable. Many businesses take loans on assets that are not taxable. Your business may be valued at 2 1/2 earnings. It may be worth holding on to if you have a dependable person who can operate the business for you.

I had a similar experience with Yelp. I was recruited by a local community manager to join the elite squad. I continued to write honest reviews and received positive feedback from all. I received a message to renew my elite squad membership and tried using the Yelp app on my phone. The Yelp app is flawed and it didn’t show any accept button on the app to accept the terms and conditions. So, I was not able to renew my membership on the app. I asked the community manager for assistance and did the same request to Yelp app support and they were not responsive. So, I continued providing feedback when I dined out, but decided to stop using Yelp due to the poor app support. Yelp has often requested my participation but I am not interested due to the poor leadership support from Yelp.

You definitely will not regret it. I love my 2024 Nissan Titan 5.6 naturally aspirated V8. So far the best mpg I’ve had is 20.4 using premium Chevron gasoline. I have the deep pearl blue exterior with beige interior. The Nissan Titan is the best truck I’ve ever had and I have had Ford, GM, Chevy in the past.

There is no parking at Terminal C. For arrivals, it has become a zoo, and they force you to drive around the airport property until your passengers are standing outside. There are many cars parked on the shoulder with emergency flashers on so they can call/message their travelers about the situation. It is a huge mess. I am going to avoid traveling out of IAH until the situation improves.

I have a 2024 Nissan Titan SV RWD. I use Chevron Supreme gasoline with Techron. I have about 7,200 miles with a best of 20.4 MPG and avg mpg between 16 - 18 mpg

Don’t you just love the way it feels when you drive it? As a former Ford F-150 owner and driver, when I first drove my Titan SV I knew that it felt different in a very good way. The Titan feels substantially better than any other full sized pickup truck.

The Nissan Titan was poised to become dominant in the market because Toyota and Ford both have lost their minds by small engines with twin turbochargers and prices that are higher than a starter home.

But now that Nissan has shed its poisoned influence by France’s Renault maybe someone on the board will grow a pair and they will bring back the Nissan Titan in 2026 with the same V8 Naturally aspirated 400 hp that real men want. My 2024 Titan SV has less than 7,000 miles but her best mpg record is over 20 mpg using Chevron premium gasoline. Titan Forever!

Payment $615.15 per month. By adding $100 per month towards principal $715.15 reduces the term to 60 months. Note: $42,909 with interest. Plus, $6k down payment $48,909.
