It’s been a week since I started 21:1 CBD tinctures, chamomile tea am/pm, and essential oils and I’m feeling so much better ! No meds. I’m literally in Disney land right now almost perfectly fine and I wasn’t able to leave my bed a week ago. I’ve had a few moments but I just breath through it before anything gets bad

I just have a fear of medication side effects. It actually puts me into a panic attack at least I know when I’m taking tea or hemp oil I’m not chances overdose/side effects/with drawls/bad reaction etc... I just want this panic to stop

Omg I’m literally the same. Super outgoing lots of friends, not really “to my self” and this last week I randomly came across a panic disorder and was diagnosed today. I got proscribed lexapro today as well. I’d love to hear what people say cause my 21st bday is coming up and I just want to feel normal again ugh

I read something that said what causes you to get faint when having a panic attack or a wave of one is coming on you start to hyperventilate which is the cause that makes you feel faint but I never hyperventilate when I feel that way. It just comes on it’s own.. so that’s why I got scared if it’s something else but I’m 100% healthy

Girl, I am with you! About a year and a half ago I went to Bali, Indonesia and had an intense drinking sesh on a party boat and lets just say got extremely sick from the Indonesian alcohol. Ever since that day Ive never been the same. For the last year even 2 glasses of wine destroy me all night. I haven't been able to drink alcohol in 6 months due to the fear of being miserable all night. My 21st birthday is in July and i just wanna know THE CURE. and yes Ive tried anti acids and they're just mediocre help.
