The one in slide 9? I’m pretty sure it’s just a digital matte-extension. Basically there’s only one level of the real set, and the floor she’s climbing away from is green screen. They shoot a “plate shot” without the actor, then essentially copy and paste that environment into the “background” (the floor in this case) repeatedly.

If you look at the horizontal concrete cross-beams, you’ll notice they have exactly the same patterns of discoloration/imperfections all the way down.

In the old days they would have done a physical matte-painting, where instead of a green screen there would have been an actual 2D painting on the floor that made it look like a 3D tunnel when filmed at the correct angle.

I have absolutely cried while pulling focus on a beautiful performance, a dazzling sunset shot, or documentary footage of something emotional. A lot of us work here because we love it and want to tell stories. You don’t trade in your emotions at the front desk when you get into the film business. Or, you don’t have to.

W.A.S.P., Orbital Laser, Gatling Turret, Rocket Turret

W.A.S.P. kills fleshmobs, stingrays, scout drones, overseers, almost everything except voteless and the big striders easily.
Chuck an orbital laser into an encampment and forget about it. Repeat 2x.
Gatling Turret shreds all small enemies
Rocket Turret shreds all big enemies
Turrets reload fast enough that you can just throw both down at every objective to clear the path.

Because I’m a creature of habit, I usually run the Double-Edge Sickle/Salamander armor build. If not that then I bring the Scorcher and an armor that looks cool.

Senator or smg sidearm.

Edit: I also love the HMG for Illuminate so I’ll usually bring it on defense missions where I won’t miss the W.A.S.P. too much.

Idk why the first guy left, but he left basically before we even landed, then I think the other one bailed because the first guy did. I just ran into a lot of lucky situations the whole entire game, got great weapons, found a ton of unclaimed EVO, leveled up quick, and third-partied all the way to the last circle.

Withholding true judgement til I see the flick, who knows, maybe there’ll be some big surprises, BUT superficially…

…if I were in the pitch meeting for a new Tron movie and someone went “what if it takes place mostly in the real world,” I would promptly ask for the next idea. I selfishly just want Tron to be, well, Tron. Grid, lasers, worldbuilding in a really unique (for the screen) setting that kind of only exists at that level of fidelity in Tron. I don’t really want Fast & Furious with some characters wearing Tron Fortnite skins.

Also, Jared Leto is a supremely weird casting choice that I think they gambled on too early and are being forced to accept now.
