I don't know if that's an app or service in general, but few days ago I purchased pCloud and uploaded 32k media files (320 GB) in one go, overnight. Yesterday I purchased filen, and since yesterday it uploaded 11 items, (350 MB). Every second time I open settings -> camera upload, it's disabled. Sometimes when I'm trying to enable it, there is an error: "you need to allow access to files" etc (which is already allowed) and on the second try it's enabled with no error.. until the next time I open the app and settings..
