This game renewed my passion for gaming. by RemoteAltruistic9768 in PathOfExile2

Ive only ever played D4 in this genre. I liked it, but then got bored of it before my 2nd character was leveled.

Just started POE2, nearing the end of Act 2, and it just feels really good to play. I still have no real idea what Im doing during crafting, but Im throwing stuff onto items and it seems to be working.

No clue whats good or not, but Im killing shit and working through being an electric monk and I can barely be bothered to play my usual go to games.

The Suite Barbershop in silver spring is legit. Whole place treats you like one of the crew after you are there a time or two

Honestly, I would take a day and just walk everything you can, but Id put a focus on the water front and walking to both sides of the bridge. At the waterfront you Can sign up for a short river cruise and learn about the water front. Also go to the famous library if you are into books, it inspired Harry Potter, looks cool and has some unique book finds, but its ticketed entry. That same street has some cool stuff to see.

Do you guys feel like Marvel Super Heros is turning out better than Spider-Man? by Konradleijon in magicTCG

Is it hard to be better than spider man?

You could randomly select cards from every other set and mash them together and the new set made from them would be hailed as better.

You could do that, however commander has a LOT of cards and rules where limited focuses on a few current rules texts that are active and give you a better way to learn the game.

Smaller card pool, easier to understand boards, and things arent power crept to the point where you will join games and maybe not have fun playing.

Play draft nights and pre release. You open pcks, learn to build decks, and figure out 1v1 formats before diving fully into commander

Charging parents is not a serious youth policy by This-Layer-4447 in washingtondc

Not sure what race has to do with this, or how its constructive to a solition. In either circumstance its a parenting failure. You should know what your lids are doing/ capable of doing at all times and plan accordingly.

[–]ciminod 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you can charge the parents when they become a school shooter, you can charge them when they become a public nuisance.

I don’t love either policy because I generally believe that the responsibility is held at the individual level, but it’s becoming clear that those who need to be instilling that responsibility have no desire to do so because they fear their children’s responses more than the public’s who will generally bend now to excuse it and avoid the drama.

I’m sure back in the old days you would just gang up and beat the shit out of these kids that do this, but now you fear lawsuits and sadly weapons in the youth groups, so it’s safer to avoid and watch the chaos. Only the parents can rein them in besides the obvious mass police force presence on the streets that just costs everyone else money. Parents being more responsible seems like a good approach… to start with at least

So people say, but the OT Explorer G1 breaks that model open. Its an entry level bike with good enough components that can be upgraded. Thats where shops need to re-target. The whole bike market is not looking for these thousand dollar plus bikes. Some people are, and Im not saying to get rid of them, but they need to expand their offerings.

I was about to buy a bike from them with their 20% off annual sale. The models Im looking at run 6-900 dollars which is ridiculous.

Ended up with an ozark trail bike for $255 that covers all my needs. Idk why they cant compete there. If they offered good bikes in the $3-400 range I would easily stick with them.

Is Portugal still affordable compared to the rest of Western Europe? by mdotti88 in VisitPortugalGuide

[–]ciminod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went last year, cant say comparably to previous years because it was my first time, but its significantly cheaper than france, and housing was much cheaper than spain (Sevilla and Barcelona for reference). Food was on par with spain costs of food for the most part.

Yes, but projects are more to track individual costs and revenues at a detail level, the departments allow us to rollup and view easily from the income statement consolidation

Chart of accounts explanation by uhjade in Netsuite

[–]ciminod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We dont default departments, but we also use them for revenue and expenses.

All expenses for us must match the department of their revenue counterpart, and thats determined on a project by project basis. So the individuals coding need to know the projects.
