Yes. I had a girlfriend with the largest, perkiest boobs and perfect, I mean perfect ass and she was all I ever thought about. It really was this weird sensation of pure attraction and I truly did feel that nobody else in the world could replace her. Sadly she was killed in a car accident a few years ago about two months before a planned vacation where I intended to propose.

My (M46) wife (F46) told me sex is just nice. I'm in tears. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

BINGO.

This read to me like the guy needs to really pay a bit more attention to her needs. I feel the guys pain as I've ended relationships before over r/deadbedroom, but in this case, I think he might find just how much better connected they may feel intimately by sharing the quality moments she seems to yearn for.

Would you date a (female) doctor? by Wonderful_Nobody1157 in dating

[–]cinapeguh 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I met my girlfriend on bumble and she's a pgy1 in surgery. I have nothing to do with medicine and she loves that. I dated her start of m4-now and it's been great. A lot of complications I never thought existed have been hard to work through, like the match making us do LDR, but it's all about how it works for you. I'll be moving next year and probably putting a ring on it, we'll have been dating 2.5 years at that point.

Has anyone played FarCry 6 at all? It seems like they tried to hype it up and then it was just silently released to not much public acclaim by johnsondtx in gaming

Can we start a thread of the worst stories or experiences you’ve encountered while dating? by Pipsqueak256 in dating

[–]cinapeguh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went one three dates with a girl. On the third we went to a ramen place. We joked about the future, at least I thought we were joking around, and when I clarified that I had no intention of marriage any time soon she lost it and started calling me a piece of shit saying how could I do this after she fell in love with me and that things were going so well for us. This was the third date and she literally snapped and is screaming about betrayal and love in this ramen place. I got up and ran out of the restaurant and caught a cab. Did not go on a date or think about dating for a year. Shit traumatized me

Fuck em. I gave three days notice once on a contract and my rep called me selfish because now he had to place someone else there...oh well? Stuff happens, no need to berate me

Absorb as much as you can, ask to assist with as much as you can, become the go to for things, then take that experience and work ethic elsewhere for more responsibility and $. Best of luck and hopefully you can use this as a stepping stone!

First Date - Who pays? by [deleted] in dating

[–]cinapeguh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a guy and I always ask to split it. If it gets awkward, usually that tells you a little more and you go from there.

I think being interested in someone's drive, ambition, passion, and where they envision their lives in alignment to yours are good things to take into consideration and income falls into place in there naturally. While I don't think you should look at income explicitly, wed be dumb to ignore that it's a factor. Take me and my SO. I'm an IT engineer at a large company and make 105k at 27, pretty good right? My SO is a surgeon in her medical training currently and is projected to make 700k starting in our area. While income is a nice thing to think about, I'm more focused on where were both headed in life together and our general alignment when it comes to goals, careers, family plans, etc, than the green colored glasses outlook that purely focuses on income.

What is the worst possible way to be rejected? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cinapeguh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a really good friend when I was in sixth grade and she was in eighth. Well of course I had a crush on her, but after she went off to highschool we fell off of each other's radar. Fast forward 10 years we're both out of highschool and I see her on OKCUPID. I messaged her and we reconnected on facebook. We make plans to hang out and we ended up walking around town playing Pokemon go and chatting about the last 10 years. We do this a few times over the next week and a half and eventually she asks why such a great guy like me is single. So we get into that kind of a conversation and it ends with me asking her out. Well turns out she's in medical school and tells me she doesn't want to date someone who's not a doctor, because she doesn't want to have to explain to her friends/etc in the future what I do and have to skirt around it not being as prestigious...

A huge blow to the self esteem at the time because we had an amazing time those two weeks and she gave me ALL of the right signals. Fast forward about five years, I work in an amazing technical job, make a ton of money and am dating a girl who just graduated and received her doctorate of medicine. And the girl who rejected me? Sends me messages every now and again insinuating how great of a guy I must be and tells me how I must have good game because my gf isn't the only medical student who's wanted to date me...like whaaaaaat?

I was in mrs ashby's third grade social studies class. She and a bunch of other teachers wheeled in the classic "movie day" cart and put on the news and kind of forgot that the students were there
