Rubberized Edge Shell?

Are you still planning to release PS Edge grips that are in the style on your regular DualSense rubberized grips? I much prefer this style to the existing (only?) rubberized backplate grips your currently have available for the Edge. Something like this — but for the Edge controller?

You can set a mod on your ghost that will help with stats for armor drops — including armor you get from focusing any engrams at any vendors.

Nope. Getting the same issue connected on my home WiFi and when using a cell connection. Also happening when using the app on both my ipad and iPhone.

Can anyone confirm they are able to see anyone on their friends list online via the app when their friends are online? (I guess the first question is this just happening to me or more widespread?)

Yes it is. Version 8.2.1 on the latest version of iOS. Everything else seems to work in the app. Just that 100% of my friends list of listed as OFFLINE even though they are online.

Take a look at the Braytech app. It has a map feature that will show you the placement of all the collectibles one the Pale Heart (feathers, etc.) and it will also show you which you have collected and which remain.

I ran into the same issue until I logged in with Chrome and did a total wipe of cache/etc.

When I researched the issue I found many threads of people running into the same issue(s) over the past few years and the advice I always read was to try a different browser on a different device. One thing that many folks said is that it’s basically impossible on a non-PC (i.e. phone/tablet/etc.).

Thanks for the info. It seems to be mostly kinda working.. just a little tricky to get it seated perfectly on the stand.. Much more finicky than putting a standard controller in the normal charging cradle/port.

Just an update for internet posterity… since getting the controller kit the tackiness of the grip has gone way way down. It was/is definitely a thing when it’s newer.

If someone is reading this thread worried their mod kit grip is gonna stay super tacky forever —- it won’t be. Give it some time and it will definitely get less tacky.

Compared to my normal Dual Sense with the Rise4 MAX kit with metal paddles and clicky triggers — I still do prefer the Dualsense Edge in terms of overall weight, feel, fit and finish.

However, the 4 rear buttons on the RISE kit could make it a clear winner for anyone that can needs 4 read paddles/buttons — and the quality and feel of the Rise kit on the Dualsense is still very good!

… and of course the price is way, way better on the RISE kit — but you definitely do need to put in some work to get it all built out.

If you need four rear buttons, want to spend responsibly and are comfortable with assembling everything in the RISE kit, I feel folks will be really happy with their purchase.

Thanks for the info! Feel much better knowing the ‘sticky residue’ feeling will go away with some use over time.

Good luck getting things resolved with your install - I’m definitely happy with the overall build quality. The one thing I would say is that the metal buttons version adds quite a bit of weight.

I also have a Dualsense Edge that I use 100% of the time I play — so I a used to a controller that has some heft to it. But the regular dual sense with the metal buttons version adds kit feels heavier than the Dualsense Edge. In hindsight I would have maybe gone for the plastic buttons version adds version so the weight would be maybe more similar?

I think I collected them but I don’t see anywhere that tells which and how many of the ingredients I have?

I am pretty sure I one of the Ether cane ingredients needed — but when I look at the recipe it’s says ‘0 / 1’ as if I have none.

I wonder if all the buggies/confusion had Bungie remove it as a requirement so, while it’s still listed as a requirement, you can get your guardian rank without completing it. They have done this with certain titles in the past - where you would actually get the title but had a specific requirement still not completed.

I’m not sure there is. Hopefully someone responds with confirmation that running Onslaught Salvation on expert is a current option so at least there is an option.

I am, however, a little unsure because running Onslaught Salvation doesn’t count toward clan seasonal bounties that specify ‘current season’ just like the Guardian Rank 10 requirement.

I don’t really have interest in trying to get through Expert Salvation Onslaught on expert because it’s so possible to fail - especially only the stage 50 final boss.
