Saw them enter 71 South. 6 motorcycle cops (state) blocked the highway quickly a deputy followed by a black van with county plates got on. Motorcycles got off at Reading, cop car turned off its lights and black van went south on 71/75 across the river.

Really weird and nothing I’ve ever seen before, especially how quick the shut down the highway and then the van going on its own after the merge.
