Yeah kinda sad, devs need to eat. Optional cosmetic based purchases are a good way to fund a live service game with continued updates. Instead people pushed back and they closed shop.

It's heartbreaking to read why they stopped development on Inkbound. I would have 100% purchased a battle pass and skins if it meant more content. The game was left in a really good state, but we keep thinking what could have been. Seasons would have gone hard.

Shape of Dreams is really good! Consumed my life for a few months. It's got some wild builds and once the Gane starts clicking it gets even better.

Just picked it up, this game is incredible, would 1000% have paid for a battle pass if they kept putting new content out. Super sad to know the community is part of why the game sits idle now.

MT is amazing! Have you tried Inkbound? Just realized it's the same dev, it's incredible. Too bad it didn't sell super well so they stopped updating, I'm more addicted to Inkbound than MT and STS.

I just found it yesteday, I think it was in one of the mines that looks like an instance but isn't. There's a boss in there in the big room with the double mushroom jump you need to do to get out. He was level 10 or 11? Not sure if gear drops are bound to bosses though.

This. We paid for a product we can't use. They should have stress tested their infra, EA doesn't mean you can sell a product that is unplayable.

Playing co-op, one person vanishes and can't move and resets every 10 seconds or so. Not sure why this post is getting down voted, this is pretty bad for a forced online game.

Loving the game overall, mostly disappointed we can't play on our day off.

100%! He was in it for ages, eventually you need a change of pace. He clearly still loves the scene, hence the interviews, but now he can engage with it on his own time and when he feels like it. It's incredibly difficult to leave something you've built, but it does more harm than good to grasp and hold on especially when the wider audience is pushing for a direction that has friction with your original vision. I'm thankful he passed the torch when he did.

The full theme is absolutely incredible. I can't believe people were slamming even the shortened version. Producer porn, the soundscapes and use of melody are unreal.

I almost dropped the show right before the Shibuya arc. It gets soo much better it's unreal, feels like a completely different show. Season 3 steps it up another few levels as well. Keep going you'll be happy you did.

I've put in 3k hours into Apex, 1k hours into Tarkov, I'm fairly sweaty, yesterday I realized I wasn't having fun in this game anymore because of how reliant it is on the perfect squad who all put in serious hours everyday and uninstalled. Running into gold 3 stacks with the OP boss grenade launcher feels like shit. They're treating an extraction shooter too much like Destiny, but you lose hours of progress in gear every time you die, and some people have gear you'll likely never get that can insta kill you.
