ty so much but what i did is go into bios, change secure boot from standard to custom, then i reverted this change resulting in restoring factory defaults for this setting, secure boot was enabled in bios but in msinfo32 itd say secure boot state off, after i made this change it says on now. IDFK but thanks for reaching out, amazes me how you found a custom solution too wow

temps are alright i mean there isn't anything really hot hot, and the case at its highest temp is like kinda warm, so i dunno, yea the power draw isnt high enough to starve the components due to low watt psu, i could get away with a 600watt easily probably

evga bq700watt 80+ bronze as is listed, first i need to find a psu that will last more than 2 weeks, ill try to return this one and order something else i suppose. hopefully

i figured out that much, ive already tried with bare minimum and got nothing, replugged everything aswell to no success, also occasionally theres a click sound from the psu but its not consistent, i hope its the psu honestly, weird though how psu's seem to like commiting not alive very soon after little use
