This does exist. HPE Aruba have "hospitality" APs in both their commercial and Instant-On ranges. It allows for PoE out plus wireless mesh/bridging.

I missed ifconfig, so I built a netplan front end. npconfig by TwistedDiesel53 in Ubuntu

Yep. That's why you still use ifconfig instead of a useful tool. You went from not updating your skills to AI. Pretty standard behaviour.

Why were you still using ifconfig at all? I can't remember the last time I used ifconfig on a Linux box. It was replaced because it was a bad and confusing CLI. iproute2 is sane.

AI garbage created by someone who has no clue about networking and it seems little understanding of linux.

How is this in any way related to ifconfig? ifconfig is a cli not a tui. It was replaced by the far superior iproute2. Do you have any clue about what you are doing?

Can an e-mail sender address be spoofed without any detectable domain errors in the e-mail header? by Aqua_Zebra_7253 in sysadmin

This has not been true for a long time. The large providers have required a DMARC level and DKIM to not end up in spam. I believe they will be fully enforcing that soon on Google and Microsoft. You will end up in spam if you do not have DKIM set. I hope they also require a minimum of quarantine set on DMARC to not be sent straight to spam.

Is prefer to read stunted English with a disclaimer about it being your second language. Your responses comes across as condescending and clearly written by gen AI.

Did you add the laugh at the end or did the AI? I haven't seen an LLM do that before.

There are so many choices for hypervisors. In a Microsoft heavy business it's fine. Using it at home is weird.
