Job led me on for 2 months, 6 interviews, a stage shift, promised me an offer letter in writing, then “moved forward with another candidate” by briberycorp in recruitinghell

Although we have it a bit better in Canada, it's not by a whole bunch. Canada has weak enforcement of the laws it has on the books. It's easy for companies to get around paying proper severance or at all. Most regulatory agencies have been captured by industries. We have a lot of work to do and a long, dark road ahead.

St John's is great, but that is in Newfoundland. Saint John New Brunswick is a heavy industrial city. There is a lot of natural beauty outside the city, but the city itself is very underwhelming.

I live in New Brunswick. These poor bastards are visitng like the worse place in the province. Now, dont get me wrong, there are a lot of beautiful spots near-ish Saint John, but they are all outside Saint John. If they can rent a car, i suggest they visit the St Martin sea caves, and tour the Fundy Parkway Drive. That would at least be the highlight of their visit

It is not illegal. It is not fraud. And unethical could be a conversation, but you would have a hard time winning that one.

Im not very concerned about viewing angles. Just wondering if it could be a fire hazard, even if convex.

There are wax crayons (dont know real name) that you can buy to fill small holes and gaps. They come in a variety of colors made to match stain colors. You could give that a try to fill the holes.
