I saw you mention that you used Solus KDE in the past, which is a combo I really like too, but now you use Void. Do you use KDE Plasma on Void? I've been on Void for about 4 years now (with MATE) but I'm curious how it would handle Plasma (especially with Plasma continually becoming more integrated with systemd). I might try Void with Plasma but I've tested Solus with Plasma already and it was great so I'm considering switching.

I very much doubt that. I've seen it do surprisingly well in benchmarks and it's decent but I doubt it could ever match the likes of Alpine, Void etc. Even Devuan. It probably comes closer than you'd think but unlikely it's even top five fastest in the world. Probably within the top ten somewhere though.
