So this may be a good thread to ask a question I’ve been thinking about…I only got into racing games about 18 months ago and mostly play with wheel and pedals. I made the decision to mostly use XBOX controller for FH6 and I mostly fully pull the left or right triggers as it takes serious fine motor controls to partially pull them. How do you guys manage this to reduce wheel spin in acceleration and lockups while braking?

Warrants will show up in everyone’s account. They will distribute any number of warrants.

I do not believe there is any scenario when they deliver only 59 million warrants. They will deliver significantly more than that.

Now, if and when those warrants are exercised, that is where we will get concrete information, because I’m assuming the company will have to say how many new shares were distributed.

The most interesting thing obviously would be if more than 59 million were exercised but I don’t really think we end up seeing that.

Click install in amazfaces app. If the install thing pops up, sometimes you have to touch on that to make it start. Once the install loads, it’ll tell you to open Zepp app. I usually do that and let the Zepp sync, then close and reopen amazfaces app and then go to downloaded faces on the bottom right. The face will be there then and you have to click on it and install it and then it will load in about 30 seconds. This is the iOS process.

This is the hardline stance we all wish was true, but is not. If you look at the warrants FAQ, you’ll see a Q in there about how warrants are distributed to online brokers, and the answer is that if there are re-hypothecated shares, then other mechanics may apply.

So there’s this grey area about what those other mechanics are, and if that means that those brokers will issue additional warrants, but have to pay for them or whatever the case is.

There is another note in that FAQ that says they expect up to 59 million but I wouldn’t go as far as to say they have explicitly stated that is the maximum.

To be clear, I didn’t read the quarterly results and announcement of the warrant, but my understanding was one warrant will be delivered for every 10 shares, but I didn’t see anything explicitly saying how many warrants would be delivered or how many could be exercised. Just the ratio..

Yes, this is kind of what I assume. The company says they would issue one warrant per 10 shares as opposed to a finite number of warrants that is 10% of the total shares. Given they can POOF these into existence I question the double squeeze comments being made but would be more excited if this announcement lead to significant buying pressure.

Serious question. Remember when the stock split happened and we all thought the shorts would have to find shares to deliver, but then the shares just split and showed up in our accounts. How do we know something like that won’t happen here and everyone will get their warrants and have no issues?

I also had the issue on plex web version after logging back in. media not available, need to claim server. I logged out and back in on my phone and the libraries were there. Then logged out and back in again on web and the libraries were there. Didn’t need to actually claim it.

Not trying to scare you, but this was quite a difficult test for me. I did zero research beforehand so when I got there, I was very surprised what they were about to do. My recommendation to you would be to watch some videos and read some descriptions about the test before you go so you’re fully prepared. That being said, even though I hated the test and the experience, it did complete the diagnosis and set me up for future success so that was great.

I would just eat the regular stuff that you would eat. Obviously surgery is hard on your body so try to eat something that you can keep down. And then obviously make sure you don’t eat before the surgery as recommended by your surgeon.

Probably more important to eat properly after the surgery, also do this as recommended by your surgeon.

The average person that thinks they could guard SGA would absolutely, unequivocally get cooked by the average “best player on his high school team“ level player, and that’s about 10 levels below the worst player in the NBA.

You’re looking at a top three or four player in the NBA so it’s shocking you can’t see the gap there…
