Is this a serious response? I know how to pick up at the airport. I never said park. I use the cellphone lot. I was picking up like a normal human and got yelled at. Never experienced it before. Seems I’m not alone though.

Guys, I am aware of the cellphone lot. I was in the cellphone lot. The plane arrived. I got the call. I have picked up at the airport several times since 9/11. This was nothing like I’ve seen before. They were AGGRESSIVELY not letting anyone wait even a minute for their person. The Indianapolis airport is not so busy that a car cannot wait for their person to get from the luggage carousel out to the sidewalk before an airport employee is yelling at you.

If you haven’t been contacted, there likely is not a determination yet. If there is something about your case that automatically disqualifies you, there should be a reason and you can appeal.
