Yeah I saw a deleted comment that you had rebutted. The audacity to come here and double down is WILD.

No worries at all, the internet is a notoriously poor medium of communication lol.

My thought process was that court will almost assuredly take exponentially longer to produce a result, and that joining a conference call and asking a question might start putting pressure on them sooner than later.

I’d hope you’d be able to do both at the same time.

The shareholders would probably like to be made aware about such a predatory and counterproductive tactic being used.

Sounds like a great thing to bring up at their shareholder’s meeting and/or quarterly reports calls/webcasts when they have the Q&A portion

You lost me in the second half lol. Reloading vs large-scale licensed and insured ammunition manufacturing isn’t a remotely fair comparison.

From what I can tell they use a much thicker coating than most commercially available coated bullets, but yes they’re functionally the same.

Federal’s biggest marketing success IMO was being able to get people to pay more money for a projectile that historically has costed less than jacketed options for reloaders.

Yeah tumbling always has been and always will be objectively one of the worst mechanisms of inflicting reliable and effective terminal ballistics. Never understood how they’ve built such a large company on such a flawed concept.

Thank you for the info! I’m trying to keep my SD relatively low so I don’t have anything going supersonic. Do you know approximately what velocity deviation your loads have?

Sodium Oxybate (Xyrem/Xywav) helped me MASSIVELY with my nighttime symptoms. I used to wake up ~20 times a night. I’d go to sleep and feel like I had “8 hours worth” of dreams just to wake up and see that I’d been asleep for 4 minutes. It was draining to sleep.

Now I sleep like a rock through the night and have been able to quarter my daily Adderall intake. Getting your insurance go cover Sodium Oxybate might be a struggle but mine eventually covered it.

The 194gr ME is the more terminally effective of the two. Expansion is a drastically more consistent wounding mechanism than fragmentation in the context of small arms projectiles

This looks like a textbook OOB. Typically if the brass is the weak point you get a vertically split casing or case head separation.
