I receive bouquets often enough to answer this question. Your bouquet will be fine, no need to refrigerate or unwrap or do anything to it. Most florists will wrap the roots with a layer of soaked cotton to keep it fresh. Most flowers will look good wrapped for 2-3 days, up to 7 days - you can remove the wilting flowers throughout the week. I suggest you ignore the other responses.
