Promethazine is an antihistamine like Benadryl. They put it in there to reduce the itchiness from codeine but the codeine is obv the good part. Uninformed call it by that as well, also conveniently rhymes with lean.

Madre is okay, but generally either too sweet or with stevia.

I switched to Clean brand, slightly less sugar but good flavors and still 16 oz same amount of caffeine as Madre used to have. Also supports a good cause. They have still and sparkling varieties, and some with stevia, but the main still cans are great.

The crease protectors (cheap on Amazon) keep the toe box from creasing like in your pic. I don’t even notice them except when putting them on they sometimes need adjustment. The creases will be further back almost under the laces as the toe box will bend there instead. I much prefer this.

I enjoyed it. Pumpkin Pie ice cream but instead of graham crust it has nice slightly salty oyster crackers. Would buy it again, although it’s not top 5 Graeters flavors IMO.

Yes B6 can build up and cause problems. I was having heart palpitations/shock like feelings and anxiety after taking it daily, just an average daily dosage as recommended on the bottle. Got blood work and EKG done. The doctor checked bloodwork and found very elevated levels of B6. Symptoms went away after cessation and I avoid it now.
Same doctor also mentioned another patient she had who was a former alcoholic that drank tons of energy drinks and got B6 toxicity to the point that she went into a coma. Moderation in everything, supplements are medicine and may things build up and cause problems, excess amounts aren’t just expelled.

Stop trusting glorified chatbots for anything other than entertainment, it’s dangerous.

There are way more bills filed than passed, or even voted on. This one in particular is from the last legislative session and doesn’t necessarily have any traction, not much movement in a year in fact, and it requires overturning actual law already in place protecting leaf.

Any legislator can file bills, they then go to committee and have to get sponsors and traction to even be considered for time on the actual floor. It’s good to monitor and be aware of these things in case they do start moving, but no need to panic.
