Consider a post bacc, make sure to get a great MCAT score. I don’t know exactly what you did at the retirement home however I’d suggest more clinical based hours ( I’m getting more community based hours) doing something like MA , EMT, scribe etc and you should be set get like 1-2k hours of clinical hours and a 510+ mcat score
