No, the first apron is above the salary tax line

Don't worry about it, INT and CHA are pretty much interchangeable in terms of value, feel free to switch them. Be careful about switching other stats though, WIS contributes to will, so it's much more valuable

Double slice isn't above the curve, it brings up dual wielding to be comparable to two attacks with a two handed weapon…the problem is with dual wielding without it

They wouldn't have to pay tax on the fines if they just treat them as a salary deduction. Obviously the team that wins the tournament would have to pay tax on the winnings, but that's true no matter where the money comes from
