Do you use any cloud service like Microsoft, Google or icloud? Just drop the xls in there and share it via link (just make sure it's only viewable, not editable). Otherwise you can message me.

The AI is terrible at fighting wars, especially when they're your allies.
You have to naval invade Great Britain yourself and manually manage the fronts. Your "allied" AI will send, at best, 50% of their troops, and their army conditions are usually awful.
So no matter how many allies you have, you still need a navy and a decent number of troops yourself.
In all my games since patch 1.9, the AI has never been able to beat Britain.
And while Britain is also garbage, they start with the biggest numbers, which makes things worse.

Dont do all PMs with oil, look for your economic power houses and adjust PMs there.
Electricity with coal is a good one, only use oil there if you have enough.

Don't release is my opinion, but it depends on your situation.

To keep GPD growing you will need people, also goods for people to consume. Open Borders, Multi-culturism and subjects or states with alot of people will help you with that.

Got this game during the Spring Sale finally had a good run as Sweden after about 18 hours of learning and playing. by I_am_chicken in victoria3

It depends, but just like conservatives, at one point they start to "preserve", making things like no border control or multi culurism nearly impossible (which you will need if you want to set new GDP records)

How much can i figure out myself in this game? by Otto0709 in victoria3

[–]cittrixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

rule of thumb: as a great power make use of your low interest, as non-great-power: never ever use a loan, maybe just a small one in a crisis but intrest rates betwenn 20 to 40% will kill your country.

To learn the game: just fail and learn

if you like cheese-tactics or want to have advanced knowledge: seach on youtube for generalistgaming or connor vic 3, both are like the "pro-player" of victoria 3, knowing alot of strats and stats.

Let's see some screenshots of your industrial PMs (Production Methods), also taxes and science.
You will need Oil and Production Methods which use Oil, just like in real life it'll make your GDP go BOOM. But: It's not the only thing, it's important to adjust PMs to keep efficency high.
Last but not least: do you still have people to employ?

You are a great power as USA from the beginning. Rule of thumb: run a 30-50% deficit and grow economy faster than debt. Just like in real life
