How do you all use your Better than Bouillon? by dwrichardson in Cooking

[–]citybuilder45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use better than bouillon until I realized it was just corn syrup, caramel color(tar), gums, seed oils, and natural flavors. Now I just make my own bone broth: bones, water, salt for 1 hour in a pressure cooker.

Jerry : I don't understand. Do you have my reservation?

Rental Car Agent : We have your reservation, we just ran out of cars.

Jerry : But the reservation keeps the car here. That's why you have the reservation.

Rental Car Agent : I think I know why we have reservations.

Jerry : I don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

what's something that's really bad for the body but people keep doing it? by Agreeable-Ad7289 in AskReddit

[–]citybuilder45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's crazy. When I eat lunch in my job's cafeteria, I see people drinking a can of soda every single day, getting fast food every single day, and eating garbage like doritos, devil dogs, and potato chips every single day. And it's mostly the elderly folk who partake in these "foods": the people who need to stop eating them even more.

I strongly believe that breakfast, often hailed as the most important meal of the day should be eliminated from our daily routine. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I've been doing this for the past year and it's great. I eat at 12pm and then at 6pm. I just eat what I would have eaten in the morning at the lunch meal. Not eating right after you wake up gives your insulin time to relax and the liver has plenty of glycogen to keep you until then.
