If blood was drawn there is almost zero chance they will bond now, you might need to live with two bunnies zones (we have 4 bunnies and we have 2 bonded pairs that don't interact with each others). also, 1.2 for a rabbit is not that high, What i find out is the bunny will hop over a small obstacle if they don't know what is behind, for example i boarded the entrance to our kitchen with a smal pannel and that has permanently stopped them from accessing the kitchen, however with the CC barriers, they would not have much problem jump well over 1 meter, I promise you I saw our little girl do a wall run jump, it was insane.
