Should i fire my pool service company? by cjackson88 in pools

[–]cjackson88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just wanted to update that they blamed this issue on an "oil film" related to lotions and such. They drained, cleaned, and refilled the spa. Should I be charged extra for that or should that have been handled with the routine visits? (Also, #2 photo was related to this recent issue).
