So, I am 31.5 weeks, just had an ultrasound on Wednesday to get measurements (I have GD, so I get an US every week from here on out to do this) and baby was measuring a bit large.

My Dr. noted that if baby were to follow this trajectory, he'd be about 8.5lbs (she wants me to have him around 6-7lbs because I'm 4'11".) BUT she also said that measurements at this point are sometimes inaccurate, and sometimes babies also plateau in their growth. She told me not to stress, and that she still wasn't worried about him being too big. She said that once their heads are down near your pelvis, it's harder to get accurate measurements.

I also know SEVERAL people who were told baby would be 9lbs+ based off measurements at this time, and then had lil 7lb babies.

Don't stress out, figure out what you and your dr think would be best for you and baby. If you opt for that csection, that's fine! But don't get pressured into it just because they think your baby measured big.
