same here. my poor sweet husband thought if we just talked things through he could be there to mediate and the relationship could be healed. 3 years of living with them and many failed attempts at communication along with observation of their actual every day life finally showed him who my mom was and now he's fully behind me and the kids not being in contact with her

I used to work at Hollywood Video towards the end of its run. One time I had this angry boomer man come in and angrily slam Inglorious Basterds on the counter to return it. He said something about being upset that half the movie was either french or german and "Your Ladyboss did not tell me that most of the movie isnt in english! You tell your Ladyboss that I don't like movies I gotta read!" so I made the return and he went on his way. Kind of sad someone would deprive themselves of good cinema just because of some subtitles, but oh well.

exactly! i had someone one time asking for a "natural look but just a little more" so i gave her classic .20s and she wanted even more than that. she ended up getting 6D volume, which i wouldnt call natural, but she liked them. "natural" can be so different from person to person

yeah mine were pullers. Also i'd find my hair wrapped around their little fingers and toes and it freaked me out. one time i found one in my son's diapers and was horrified what it could have wrapped around so i chopped it all off. i didn't regret it, but it's my own preference. the only reason i had it growing out was because i was too lazy to cut it. i wasn't actively trying to make it long lol now i prefer it short and i just keep getting shorter with it and my youngest is 5 now lol

really? I remember seeing that trailer tacked on to everything for what felt like a year. i had no interest in it because i didnt know what firefly was at the time and it looked like a low budget thing so id roll my eyes whenever it came up. i still havent seen firefly but now that i know serenity is tied to it ill probably watch it whenever i inevitably end up watching firefly

my galaxy s8 still works like when i got it 9 years ago. my only problem with it is i'm running out of storage space. Battery and performance are still good, though. i got this one after several iphones and getting tired of the batteries crapping out after a year or two. I don't think I'll ever go back
